A twining, quick-growing hoya with lovely round, thick and shiny leaves in dark green, measuring 6cm x 7.5cm, with evenly spaced silver speckles.
Strong, sweet fragrance which can fill an entire room!
Blooms: Produces stunning, large balls of pure white flowers, each up to 20mm in diameter, with red-centred white corona. Up to 25 flowers per umbel. Strong, honey-like fragrance. Flowers last up to 7 days.
Sun exposure: Flowers well in lots of bright, indirect light.
Water requirement: Water thoroughly and allow to dry out. Prefers well-drained loose mix. Water less in winter.
Maintenance:Â Low. Half strength doses of fertiliser in growing period.
Special note: WAOL permitted. There are a great many varieties of Hoya carnosa. Cool hoya: best suited to temperatures between 10-25C.
